Terms of service

Last updated 6 November 2026

Draft. These terms are a starting draft and are pending legal review. They may change before FluidEditor’s public launch.

These terms are an agreement between you and Aeflow (“we”, “us”), which operates FluidEditor. By creating an account or using FluidEditor, you agree to them. If you use FluidEditor for an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

You sign in with an Aeflow account. Keep access to it secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You’re responsible for what happens in your account and in workspaces you own.

Trial and plans

New accounts get a free 14-day trial with every feature. To keep using FluidEditor afterwards, you choose a paid plan. Plans, prices and included storage and seats are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices may change, and we’ll tell you before a change affects you.

Your content

You keep all rights to the media, projects and exports you create or upload. You give us permission to store, process, copy and display your content only as needed to provide FluidEditor to you and the people you share it with, for example to make preview copies, waveforms and thumbnails and to render exports.

You’re responsible for having the rights to the content you upload, including footage, music, images and fonts, and for not including other people’s personal information without a good reason. Use blur and pixelate to hide what shouldn’t be shown.

Acceptable use

Don’t use FluidEditor to:

  • upload or publish content that’s illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or exploits or harms anyone;
  • try to get into accounts, workspaces or systems that aren’t yours, or to test or break our security without permission;
  • overload or disrupt the service, or get around its limits;
  • resell the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Workspaces

The owner of a workspace controls it: who is invited, their roles, and its projects and media. Content made in a workspace belongs to the workspace, so it stays when a member leaves.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FluidEditor available and your content safe, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service. Keep copies of exports you can’t afford to lose. We improve FluidEditor regularly and may change or remove features; if we remove something significant from a paid plan, we’ll give notice.

Ending your account

You can stop using FluidEditor and ask us to delete your account at any time. If your plan ends, we may delete your content after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to download it.

Disclaimers and liability

FluidEditor is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll update the date above and tell you in advance by email or in the app. Continuing to use FluidEditor after a change means you accept it.
